I get people have bad days, but working in customer service and not even uttering a single word to the person you're serving who is outright engaging with you is just rude 😭 I've worked in customer facing jobs my whole life and I've NEVER done that

It's getting frustrating not being able to do any quad training rn 😭 quads are my favourite muscle to train, but my tibialis anterior hasn't recovered from the acupuncture and massage yet so I couldn't even do leg extensions
