yes, absolutely, i love him so much in so many ways and one of those ways is that he shows me a vision of a life where i can be successful and beloved without having to become something other than what i am. because i've always feared that i am something unacceptable unless i contort my shape

and one other layer is ... maybe it's frightening to long to be close to someone when i can see my own image in their eyes. maybe unnerving bc my own sense of self has been distorted for so long. but i do love him, and maybe embracing that love wholeheartedly can help me relate better to myself too

being in love with miles edgeworth is daunting because he's so Me. there's one layer where it feels maybe egotistical to be so in love with someone who's a mirror to yourself. on another level, it feels like loving him when i see him in myself, so it becomes an odd thing to try to externalize--

i literally started doing a face routine because i realized that klavier gavin absolutely would. his skin does not glow like that all on its own come on. and now every time i see how radiant my face is or feel how soft it is i'm like hehe... hubby would love this (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)
