tl;dr: Kuroo and Kenma play detective to solve the case of a broken window after the national volleyball team parties too hard post-Olympics.

According to the press, Kuroo Tetsurou of the JVA Sports Promotion Division is busy investigating the biggest PR embarrassment to come out of the Paris Olympics. According to the press, Kuroo Tetsurou is too soft on his friends. In reality, Kuroo is busy complaining to his partner Kenma about how much his job sucks. Kenma is knee-deep in this video game he’s been hooked on where you fish and manage a sushi restaurant, a job that Kuroo would take any day over the latest task he has been assigned, which is getting to the bottom of this mess.
"Kenma," Kuroo says. "This is ridiculous. I can't believe I'm friends with these idiots making my life harder."
“You’ve said that at least three times in the past five minutes.”
“It’s true, though,” Kuroo says. “It’s ridiculous. Who needs enemies when you have friends?”
