90% of the job done.

Well ok not 90 cos I need to do a second coat, but the seams are resealed and the first coat is down.

Garden building with a beautifully painted roof. Ok, I admit it, there's a lot of trash in front of it that needs dealing with like paint cans, bits of wood, but let's focus on the beautiful job of painting the roof.

Spent at maximum 5 hours sealing and painting the roof yesterday. I am in SO MUCH PAIN OMG.

I will need to replace the roof in the next year or two - the beams are fine, but the planking is very much not.
However I should at least avoid annoying leaks this way!

So: prime the seams on the left, paint the other half of the roof while they dry, seal the seams, paint the remainder.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but the CDC is being eviscerated right now. America is not going to have any kind of outbreak response capacity after tonight. Americans’ health data is no longer secure. Say goodbye to federal public health in any capacity. It’s a disaster. We won’t recover.
