Cancer Research 5k Run 6/10. I don't believe I had enough to drink before today's run. Very low energy, plodded through. Thank you to all that have donated so far.

It was only on a recent visit to Battersea that I learned that it originally was half the size. Well worth the visit to see the history even if you're not into the shopping.

The last sponsored event that I did was back in 2022. I haven't run much this year so spent the first 10 days of the month building up to run a 5km again. I intend to run my first full 5km of the challenge today. #cancerresearch

Trying to use my #Insta360 camera more. I tend to open the Insta360 studio so rarely that every time I first have to install updates! Took a few pictures and a couple of videos on today's walk.

#Teams finds new ways to make your day more frustrating. Just recently it's stopped clearing the notification counter so I have many unread messages that I have actually read, this leads to missed new messages and Teams messaging becomes as useless as email! Lets go back to phone calls!
