And he's not that great at looking cool either, though I like the shirt.

Sea-Tac Airport won't air Kristi Noem's miserable propaganda, and that's a good thing.

Donald Trump is not a king, and dog killer Kristi Noem can't just force our airports to break the law on her behalf.
Sea-Tac won’t air Noem video blaming shutdown on Democrats
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport won’t broadcast a video of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem saying Democrats caused the federal government shutdown.

Looks like either they've blocked you or you've blocked them?

But LLMs don't have the sense impressions; they only have the words.

Because right now the Senate has a proposed House budget compromise bill to act on, and the Dems keep saying it's not yet good enough to hold a vote (which it's not.)
And the Senate GOP keep refusing to fix that. (Which would require going back to the House.)

AI is owned by capitalists, as are self-driving cars.
Low-level knowledge workers and taxi drivers are labor and need to be paid wages and have their benefits paid.

But with immigrants, that's all about racism and greed,
mostly by workers and rich politicians; real capitalists like cheap labor.

But you have a place to look stuff up, and a knowledge that there are facts out there that might need to be looked up.
LLMs are only modeling the kinds of things people have said about the kinds of things they're being asked to talk about;
they don't have a separate model of facts or reality.

Excessively unlikely the Russians were responsible the TN munitions plant explosion. It's run by capitalists, and the people running it are responsible for their workers' safety.

Somebody posted that Alaska National Guard are working on rescue.

PW;DR, but it looks like Trump's still proposing his 100% tariff on anything Chinese, until he chickens out again.
(If he's already chickened out, it hasn't hit Google News yet.)

Many of the same people and organizations funding Trump now
were hating on Socialized Medicine well before they tried to scare us about how Hillarycare would wreck American healthcare profits during Bill Clinton's term.

But just in case, he's trying to turn the world he's leaving behind into hell, because that way he thinks he still wins.

My wife once complained that all she'd been able to find for lunch in the vending machines was fritos and peanut M&M's,
and a friend replied "A grain and a legume, so at least it's a complete protein!"

I use areacode-555-1212 at the grocery instead.
Almost never bothered trying to use the gas-price points
(Mr. Lee got those :-), but it works for the discounts.

Amadeus and Spinal Tap came out the same year.

Odyssey worked ok as a YA cartoony story as well as having many deeper themes. I can't see touching Illiad in HS.
But Beowulf, definitely yeah.

The parts of Gilgamesh I've read have a lot of deeply weird stuff.

With a few exceptions, like Neal Stephenson's Baroque Cycle, which should be cut by at least 2/3,
and way too many books which should be cut by 3/3.

Ow! We had to watch the movie version of Lord of the Flies once,
and that was once too many; fortunately didn't have to read it also.

My grandmother went to high school with him, thought he was a jerk.
They were also in Paris during the same years, but didn't run into each other; as grandfather said "probably we just hung out in different cafes"

You're always allowed to Save The Cat, or have Person1* meet Person2*,
or someone to come to town or leave town,
or even have Young Protagonist Grow Up if you don't steal TOO badly from Joseph Campbell.

* Optionally human, but certainly not required to be.
