I want to blame everyone long before. This isn’t a new problem, as you know. I’m not blaming the new government. I’m blaming people in positions that have absolutely no idea what they’re awarding and not giving a hoot about it. Just because Labour are attempting to change it, doesn’t excuse them.

Every government has had the chance to do its due diligence on the companies it awards/extends contracts to, before and during said contracts. Regardless of the rosette colour, Governments are guilty of the state of them now.
