oh i didn't know that! mine is a licensed therapist but she can't officially diagnose me with any disorders or prescribe me meds for instance

i was thinking lately how cooked i am because one therapy session a week doesn't feel like enough anymore and then just a few days ago my mom went "so when are you ready to change to a session every 2 weeks". she's not doing that yet but. cooked.

i don't want to make others annoyed or uncomfy with that but take this as a warning for the future i guess. if i post smth potentially triggering i will tag or maybe even rot13 it. but i am just naturally high strung and that's not going to change for a while

for the sake of new ppl i meet on here i should prob cut down on ventposting but i can't pretend i'm that kind of person. i feel varying levels of misery literally daily, i live in a very isolating environment with an awful combo of trauma + disability + physiological problems. that's just how it is
