Can see them taking immigrants of the "right kind", but expect you're correct. If they can use leverage to potentially get a larger prize, they will.

She & her supporters were born in wrong bodies. They're Americans! Easiest thing would be to emigrate south. Like the Afrikaaners, the current US administration would roll out the red carpet and they would live happily ever after.

Canadian #healthcare loses $372 billion/year.
🇨🇦 public #education loses $95.9 billion/year.
🇨🇦 justice system loses $20 billion/year.

Sound ridiculous? It is! Public services provide basic needs to all, not profits. Creeping privatization is already happening. For this to change, contact your MP.

Hi All, Just sent out this post. The recent rush of the USG to claim great credit for the Ukrainian campaign against Russian refineries is typical success leeching that we have seen in this war. The US could help in one way, but it others the claims are laughable. open.substack.com/pub/phillips...

It's for shooting down shaheds inside Ukraine, so two last points are moot. If it works well for this job, the first point is moot. Keeping them airworthy (second point), however, may be the main challenge in terms of overall cost-effectiveness. Better to increase anti-UAV production?

“If Americans had a more clear-eyed view of Putin, they would see a dictator who’s bet everything on a failed invasion, a country losing its sphere of influence, and an economy…cooling. A realistic view of his power would strip Putin of his biggest leverage: the perception of his invincibility.”

Underestimating the Russian leader is dangerous, but ascribing dark powers to him plays right into his hands.

Russia is seeking to legitimise its genocidal war against Ukraine through the construction of historical narratives. Among those supporting this effort is historian Alexei Miller, a professor of history in St. Petersburg and a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
