Its a bit hard to find the right sound, but it might be something like sqsssh or fssh. I would imagine it being a somewhat more quiet sound depending on how much is flowing. Adding vowels like i or o can also add more weight to it. Though most of the time I try pronouncing it to get a feel for it.
