Saw someone say, "Stop hoarding books, we don't need paper books anyway" and I can't express how misguided this is. Online libraries disappear, digital books can be altered, and with Big Tech seeking to destroy history and literacy, print media has never been more essential.

If he were capable of admitting to being wrong about ANYTHING, ever, we wouldn't have had the ridiculous image from his first regime of Donnie using a Sharpie to alter the path of a hurricane on a map so it matched the incorrect information he'd spouted about it.

The only insurrection I've seen is our government attacking peaceful residents, disappearing people without due process, and lawless thugs given free rein to their worst impulses bullying and waging war against anyone who gets in their way.

I wish it didn't take so many disastrous things happening in red states to maybe wake people up to how awful the GOP is and that it has never had their best interests at heart. Also, I feel like more reports need to mention that it was the same plan Trump asked Netanyahu to scuttle before the election so Biden wouldn’t get credit. You know, like Reagan and Nixon also did to win elections, for which they were never properly held accountable.

Getting major vibes here of when Reagan’s team got the Iranian hostage-takers at the US embassy in Tehran to wait until after the 1980 election to release the hostages. Which should have meant his being charged with treason, among other crimes. But only Oliver North took the fall for Iran-Contra.
