For #DeafAwarenessWeek, I am creating an infographic which details resources for members of @sltsoclbu to learn more about the Deaf community.

I have included lots of charities but would like some more visual resources.

Recommendations of useful videos, documentaries etc. would be appreciated! 💛

In May, I will be completing 31 minutes of exercise every day to fundraise for the Stroke Association.

I discussed challenging my own internalised stigma, the disparity between the DSM-5 criteria and how autism presents in women, how I have begun to make accommodations for myself based on the new way I view my experiences and the strengths I believe my neurodivergence gives me. (2/3)

Yesterday I spoke at our society-led Neurodiversity Celebration event about my experience with anxiety and my journey to learning about autistic traits and realising that they explain many of my life experiences better than my current diagnoses (1/3)
