The sheriff’s wife, Michelle Burch, is claiming responsibility for the decorations. “I made this one, playing both on my Cuban background and new, needed changes in federal immigration enforcement.” Coming from an immigrant family and being okay with terrorizing other immigrants is cruel to me.
