I had the big break in my art style. I let myself go, i said “SCREW YOU” to anatomy, and i began to let myself delve into letting my art be as silly as i could make it!

August 2025

These were two of the last pieces i made before that big change in my art style.
It was around this time i decided to start experimenting a little more..

I didn’t draw him much from April-June because i was finishing up Junior year of highschool (and also i was having a HUGE papa louie phase) however in July 2025 i began to draw him again, i began to lean more into rendering and i learned techniques on how to render hair n’ such.

March 2024

I started to lean more and more into drawing cartoony, and i started drawing him with longer and longer hair, i realized he didn’t need to be simple and he didn’t need to look edgy. He just needed to have a design i’m happy with.

January 2025 - February 2025

While my political environment was still just as terrifying- if not more terrifying, i began to soften his design a little more, i realized- he doesn’t have to have a mohawk or look “punk” to symbolize my hatred for fascism.

November 2024 - December 2024

Around this time, the political environment began to get scary around me, especially since I’m a trans man.
I changed him to be more “punk” and “edgy”
I wanted him to be an embodiment of my resistance and hatred towards fascism

October, 2024

I created his first concept through a profile picture i had made. I wanted him to have a simple design, a more “fursuit friendly” design because i REALLY wanted (and still do want) a fursuit of him.

It’s officially been ONE YEAR since i first created Zorple as a character!

The ZX Spectrum was launched in 1982 to upgrade the Z81. It became UK's best-selling computer, a hit in Europe & spawned an industry of companies producing sw, hw, magazines, and a community that is still active today. It boasted a Z80A, 16/48KB RAM, 256x192 pixels and 15 colours and a ULA.

Next up in the pokemon inking challenge is a tableau of a Jolteon meeting a Canea and Fletchling near a tall cactus in the desert! I think more electric type pokemon should be found in deserts; they're very electrostaticly potent environments because of the constant friction of sand over sand!
