Gattai Saurer had an interesting history before the toy actually released with it being shown in catalogues first with prototype that showed it with a more realistic fossil color scheme and no attachments, then another prototype where it was mostly darkish blue or green... 1/2

For Revenge of Cronos three of the five Big Machine Robo were brought back from the line's predecessor, Big Trailer Robo, Big Apache Robo, and Big Shuttle Robo. Big Apache Robo never appeared in the anime, and both Big Trailer Robo and Big Shuttle Robo only scarcely appeared.

not all Gobots. Being featured in multiple pieces of transformers media, getting multiple official and third party toys, and nearly appearing in an official Transformers movie.

After about a month of polls we've now found the most popular Gobot of all time... and to few people's shock it is Crasher! A character so important, serving as the first female transforming character in either Gobots or Transformers and has more of a legacy than most if... 1/2

LJN's Space Chase was a slot car racing set that included Leader-1 and Crasher. Few images of it exist, either because it wasn't popular or because it was fragile and broke easily.

It was compatible with LJN's Power-Pak system and compatible with other of their slot car sets.

Falgos (Gobots Pincher) was in the start titles for every episode of Battle Hackers and yet only appeared briefly in one episode of the show.

Falgos had a prototype figure that had no face but a giant visor instead.

because either they didn't know how to price the toy since it is more complicated than Big Machine Robo figured or that it was finished so close to Revenge of Cronos' release they just pushed it back.

The Tough Trailer toy was reputedly made for the original Machine Robo toyline, then used for Flashman before being brought back for Revenge of Cronos.

If this was the case, I'd imagine the reason it wasn't included in the original Machine Robo toyline would simply be... 1/2

Gobots with him only not appearing on the sunglasses and wallets they made.

Gordy International, the company behind much of the low effort Gobots merchandise for some reason had a weird obsession with Psycho who barely appeared in the show but was either on the actual merch or on the packaging of 5 of the 7 pieces of merchandise they made for... 1/2

deluxe price point, leader class sized figures being sold at a voyager price point and commander sized figures being sold for only a little bit more than a leader class.

The Metal Cardbot line is being brought to the U.S. later this year starting with 4 different size classes and 6 figures. While they're not as articulated as Transformers they're actually pretty fairly better priced with Voyager sized toys being priced sold at a... 1/2

Along with having regular figures, Metal Cardbot also had two combiners, one that is more traditional and made up of three different vehicles, and another that takes advantage of the card gimmick with the cards making up upgrades for the arms and legs.

With the main gimmick of Metal Cardbot being cards that transformed into accessories for figures, there are also cards that don't do that, but instead of transforming into accessories they transformed into little animal guys.

Only 5 of the Guardian Super Gobots appeared in the cartoon, they were Baron Von Joy, Zeemon, Staks, Defendor, and Throttle appeared. Of them only 2 transformed in the show and they were Staks and Throttle with Baron Von Joy, Zeemon, and Defendor never shown in vehicle mode.

hastily put into the franchise's pre-existing lore, or in the cases of Robo Kong and Robot Arm Machine, completely ignoring the lore and just slapping the Robo Machine logo on the boxes.

Towards the end of Robo Machine's lifespan it became less of an import of Machine Robo product and more of a random grab bag of over stock products that Bandai wanted to get rid of leading to toys like Robo Kong, Robot Arm Machine, and multiple Chogokin figures being... 1/2

The Mugenbine Musou line will be made of small components that can be rearranged in a number of ways and combined. The first wave will consist of 4 toys in 3 different color schemes, normal, alternate, and glittering, which are transparent plastic with glitter inside.

The French dub of Revenge of Cronos that turned it into a sequel to Gobots was supposed to have 52 episodes, even more than the show it's dubbing, however the dub evidently didn't do well enough because it was cancelled after 35 episodes.

Sail Toys was the toy company responsible for the making of Robot Ride On. If Sail Toys made anything else then that is incredibly rare because as far as I could find there isn't anything else made by them.

Renegade Rhetoric, which serves as the first and only piece of confirmation for the character's faction.
