Community seems to be the tether grounding us - well as best as it can.
As a therapist, I keep waiting for the uncanny valley moment, so I can sigh in relief that this has all been something terrible my brain cooked up.
But, alas, I know it's not.
So, I try to do healing work as best I can.

It's exhausting to even listen to - though I did because I'm personally and professionally going to be impacted by this nonsense, but this feels like the worst fever-induced nightmare.

The road isn't easy, but the journey is worth it. There's definitely a beauty to it and I've managed to be privileged enough to sit with others as they make their own way. 💜

Sometimes, I think about making a thread, here, or a fic on Ao3, but then my imposter syndrome shows up and takes my threads and fics with it.

Also, not that you need to hear it from me, but be so proud of yourself for going to therapy.
