Soo anyway, Ruslan is a ex-militiaman, as I said in last post. He lived in Novosibirsk i guess? (This city is like a capital city of Siberia).
He was a investigator (следователь. надеюсь на английский правильно перевела) and worked with russian mobs since start of the war. He wasn't been nice...
