It is utter BS that I am unable to assert my own IP rights to my own OCs, for my paid art, uploaded without my consent or knowledge. without waiving my own legal rights by shrinkwrap.

Sent an email to the listed DMCA contact and we'll see what they say, but yeah. Not happy about this.

Anyways, now they have a TOS you have to agree to in order to access the site and art at all. This TOS contains a binding arbitration clause, and can't be declined.

I don't want to agree to anything like that, so I can't find the offending uploads, and thus cannot request the removal.

This was admittedly not a high-priority project for me, as I have a job and life, and I strongly dislike having to clean up this mess myself with my free time despite some of the individuals involved being informed of my displeasure, but never doing anything to rectify the situation.

In the past, people have uploaded art I commissioned, featuring my OCs, to e621. While I learned about it a long time ago, I only learned a month or two ago they have a process for removing it, and I began compiling data on the offending uploads to have them removed.

Honestly I always did find 'werehawk' a bit odd myself, but having it be sun-triggered would be too frequent to be particularly useful as a secret for Richard to have to deal with. Maybe this'll work better? :P

Ancient Greeks were...misogynistic, and I think that Circe may have been inspired by that. She's an emancipated woman! "Circe" is an alteration of "Kirkos", meaning Hawk, and Aikine is a free spirit too...

Ironically, in the core RP, Kawheek has never been a lycanthrope. (As a 3E Monk, he'd be immune per class abilities.) Not that this stopped me from commissioning it from Shiro nearly 2 decades ago...)
