Thank you for this. I have PTS and anxiety as well and these tips were very helpful. I also have found that keeping some sour candy in my pocket (like gummy nerds) helps to calm a thought spiral, another one of those things that works but no one quite understands why!

Per Reddit, it looks like ICE may be masquerading as Mormon missionaries to get people to open their doors. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the LDS church needs to end their door to door proselytizing, especially right now. Real missionaries are going to get hurt. People are terrified.
