by leaving my fuck-ass job for the one that paid less, but wasn't as fuck-ass. For some time I was a super happy and mentally stable person 😁

Yep, it's a vicious cycle, because you want to get distracted and don't want to go to sleep - you go to bed late - wake up tired - it gets worse next day because your tired brain messes with you even more - you try to get distracted again... The only thing that kinda helped was reducing stress level

Oh I have a similar thing at autumn/winter when it starts to get dark early. And the weirdest dreams, too. Something distracting like movies/games before bed help a bit, but they aren't super effective :/
