I’ll be clear, I have no pony in the Maine race, other than wanting a Democrat to win.

Collins is a tough opponent, and while I will *never* understand Maine voters, she clearly has some magic with them.

I want the best suited Democrat up against her, and a primary fight is a fine way to find out.

If you want to defeat a multi-term incumbent GOP senator, you can’t act as if it’s an insurmountable barrier to face a difficult primary.

If you can’t meet that scrutiny, no way can you win in a (deeply) challenging race.🤷‍♀️
