I made the space on my calendar so I didn’t have an excuse to miss it. And something I learn from my running coach was: if it is in the calendar, you have to accomplish it! Also, hace the video/audio/music ready the night previous so I didn’t loose time searching in the morning.

A habit I developed while training for the marathon was meditation, I loved the impact it's had on my life that I kept it. Every morning, first thing I do is meditate for 15 minutes. I highly recommend it, it's a wonderful gift for your nervous system.

We fear rejection so much that we often try to make ourselves small or hide who we are in order to be accepted, but then we are being disloyal to the most important person, ourselves. I would rather live a lonely life being myself than a life surrounded by people pretending to be someone I am not.

My first favorite color is sunsets, my second, the Caribbean Sea 😍
