I didn't realize I had long Covid until a) I lost my sense of taste and smell and b) I started to get better

I had some cardiac issues that cleared up after 3 months so I thought I was good.

I thought my brain fog was normal aging. It wasn't until it started to clear up that I realized it wasn't

There was a study for people with active Covid doing a sinus rinse with saline daily had shorter less severe Covid than those who didn't (sorry don'thave the link). I don't know if it would help with long Covid but I don't think it could hurt
