I guess it depends how you define rock'n'roll. In a narrow sense, feat twanging Gibson E335 guitars and stand-up bass, it may just be a retro scene. But it still permeates so much guitar music, from punk to indie rock. Anyway, here's His Lordship rockin' out! 🎸😀

I don't think it's anywhere near universal, though chunks of the media would like us all to believe it. But like you I've been disappointed. Labour should have been bolder - I reckon there would have been a lot of support for that.

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.
