I know for us, depending on the situation, we may have someone show up at bedtime and be like, "nope, play time" or "nope, gonna stay up because what's sleep?"

Usually, whoever wakes up is one of the bigs who has responsibilities and goes to work for us. Weekends are the exception. Littles rule.

The trouble with judges ruling these things is that there is nobody willing or able to enforce the rulings once made.
