Cognitive dissonance: discomfort when a person holds two or more conflicting beliefs. E.g., people resolve this dissonance by changing their behaviors, their beliefs, or their rationalizations, like justifying smoking by claiming it reduces stress while ignoring the impact on their health.

I believe that my father, a WWII veteran, became an acholic due to PTSD. He delt with achoholism throughout his life dying at the age of 56 of cancer. The taurma on me and my sibling continues to this day.

I truly admire the work of both Abigail and Ghazala. Jay Jones is the wildcard in this race. I don't support the surfaced comments, but that doesn't dissuade me from voting for him. He admitted and apologized for send the offensive texts. Keep in mind that these were private.
