This is not unreasonable...
Most of Russian assets are held in Belgium banking systems,
and it is only right for the risk to be shared by all the community in the shadow of future legal problems.
(especially Hungary)

Trump could have banged these sanctions, & more, on Russia six months ago.
Now if he wants India to stop buying Ural oil, trump should do a deal with his Saudi friends to supply India at an equivalent price.
and halt the waivers on US companies buying uranium from Russia.
