A better day. Lasted until 3.39pm at work, by which time the back pain had become too much.

Funny dream last night - probably due to pill intake. I dreamed that Clio had come to visit me and I was overjoyed. I was able to stroke and cuddle her, despite her being a spirit

Same here. Aldi or Lidl for me now - I can't afford the top five supermarkets now. It's touch and go whether I'll go to food bank this month.

Wednesday 29th October 2025

What a day! Sciatica/back pain that started Tuesday continued today. Had a shower and cried from the pain afterwards. Didn't make it to work, but did a half day from the sofa dealing with problems as they came up. Ibuprofen and heat packs helping.

Had an easier night.

A late good morning. The back was not better today, so staying at home and dipping in and out of work as problems come up.

NHS have told me not to lay down, to sit up in a chair, use heat packs and ibuprofen and keep walking even though it hurts. I'll make it better not worse.
