I’m guessing incomers can “afford” to live in the islands, arriving with (more) financial security, whereas kids that are born and grow up in the islands are more likely to leave, in search of that financial security, which cannot realistically be attained on the island. (Simplistically).

Did you know? The latest GERS report on Scotland's public sector funding omits the £755m raised by ScotWind in the latest offshore wind options sale. This goes to our Government.

Why? Because Westminster hasn't assimilated it into its UK-wide figures.

Yes. But the reality is that this WILL be enough to give them an overall majority. Tactical voting is a stop-gap solution to a broken democracy, and is not sustainable.

Somebody has to give us something to vote FOR. (Rather than against).

We also need to move to PR.

We should not forget the £108 million in contracts awarded (without tendering!) by the last tory govt, to counteract Brexit delays at ports. It was not just PPE contracts they awarded their chums there were many others.
