I've tried changing intake method and pushing my levels up to where monotherapy would work but I'm pretty sensitive to higher levels of e. I dunno it's always kind of been "good enough" cause I was getting physical changes that I was happy with until I started getting bad brain fog

Do any of y'all have experience being on cypro? Lots of local friends told me Spiro was evil and that I should get on cypro but I feel like I'm starting to get persistent nausea that I didn't get on Spiro. Also usual suspects of brain fog fucking me up but who the fuck knows about that part

at the end of the day, the best advice I can give you is find results on others that you like the look of and have a good idea in your head of whats realistic to expect. Don't just smile and nod and say do your best doc and Ill take whatever the result is cause you're the one who has to live with it

the brow lift and scalp advancement i dont feel were particularly necessary for me personally. The titanium mesh used to flatten my brow bone causes some discomfort sometimes, and I'm self conscious of the scarring, even though the doc basically perfectly aligned it with my hairline

the doc was a nice guy (Dr. Eric Bensimon in Montreal in Canada) and he did a great job, I just don't think in hindsight I want every procedure that was done. I had the tracheal shave, a rhinoplasty, a scalp advancement, and a brow lift. I ended up being really happy with the rhinoplasty and shave

imma be real for my ffs I went in only wanting a tracheal shave since im very thin and it was quite prominent. The doctor wasn't pushy, necessarily, but we did discuss the types of surgeries he typically performs, and if I were interested he had recommendations
