My BIG allergies are as follows;
Corn, Sunflower/Safflower, Sesame, Tree nuts, cumin.
I find that bioengineered foods also give me an allergic reaction, I'm convinced that it's because they use corn to ensure that the food doesn't go bad as quick due to mass production of the food sent to stores.

I made another soup, stuffed pepper soup! 🍲

I added some red pepper flakes and cajin seasoning for the warming effect. I can't wait to try it for dinner!

Yesterday, I baked a large pumpkin. I pureed and froze them for later 🎃

I kept these pumpkin seeds, too, so I could roast them, which I've never done. Anyone have flavor ideas for them? I'm not even sure I've ever had roasted pumpkin seeds! 🤔

I was a bit worried at first. They didn't look all that pretty going in but coming out?

It turned out amazing! Dipped in unsalted butter and a sugar blend, 👌!
I definitely have plans to make different flavors in the future 😋

Please don't mind the difference in sizes! I have not been in the habit of scaling them out, lol...

But this was a success! The crust is MUCH softer, too 😁

It will go well with some tomatoe soup! 🍅

I love sourdough, but I need to add more ingredients to make it less dry and less bland. I'm adding honey and butter to them in order to attempt to add some richness and flavor behind it!

It had to be chicken noodle soup for the 1st soup! I bought chicken bone broth instead of chicken stock, used fresh herbs, and made a carrot salad for lunch with shavings with lemon juice, honey, and some pink salt 🥕

It's been a while since I made beef stroganoff!

I forgot how little it made. I should have made a double batch 😅 🧡😌

I made those buns yesterday and will be trying them tonight with cheese steaks 😋 The tomatoe paste turned out great!

Shoutout to my hubby for making smash burgers last night! I had mine on a bagel cause a burger on pumpkin bread might be OFF 😅😂

I'm feeling very festivitie for Halloween, and it's not even October yet! 🧡

I used the pumpkin spice blend to make it into sourdough, and it turned out perfect! 🍞

Tomatoe paste is on the way in a few of these pumpkin ice trays to make them last throughout the winter months, HOW CUTE 😍

I really wanted some spaghetti yesterday.
However, I settled for this angel hair pasta dish with Italian herbs, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic (ofc), butter, and ground beef 😋
