Proper streamlining and eliminating waste in areas is needed. Having working in certain departments it is rampant is executive levels. They go around policies already designed to forbid expenditures for "friends" and higher levels execs. More workers and less high level managers needed.

11C here and sunny near Ottawa. Final cut of the grass and did yard clean up of leaves. Covered the AC and winterized the outdoor water. Ready for winter! After Remembrance Day, then up go the Xmas decorations.

Went to Ruematologist in the Ontario Hospital 2 weeks ago. Not a mask in sight. Not even the doctors. I wear my N95 everywhere as I am immunocompromised.

My husband's male Family physician retired and he transferred all his patient files to an Obstetrical Clinic with Family physicians. His new female Family physician/Obstetrician is outstanding. They are all female - he is a bit of a fish out of water but getting great care.

Same in Ottawa Hospitals. Went to Rheumatologist a week ago - I am immunocompromised - even the Doctors do not wear masks. I wear masks always. I saw one at the Information desk - baggy blue mask on an 80 year old Volunteer.

Our sweet boy Sargie waits for Layla. We helped him cross June 30th. Our golden retriever boy for 14 and a half years that is in my avatar with Butter. We all miss him deeply.
