For moonrise — I go to mooncalc.org to check the angles in determining a good spot to go. But two places I’ve had luck are from the steps of the Saint Paul Cathedral looking out over downtown St. Paul… and looking out over the Mississippi River valley from Grandview Park in South St. Paul
