If you do have some kind of neurodivergence then learning what is bad for it and what is good for it in the way it interacts with your ability to be social will be helpful.

Doing the wrong thing leads to burnout.

There can be cycles of withdrawl, then loneliness, then action to try and take care of the loneliness, followed by exhaustion and withdrawal again.

Sounds like you might experience over stimulation issues.

People who do, even with mild forms, tend to shut down as a response to things being too much. They also don't do well in large group social situations or loud, busy environments in general.
