Right, guess what, when those videos pop up in my notifications, I can't tell how old they are. So when suddenly a video from a month ago starts getting popular again, I can see it was the video from a month ago, not from yesterday. Also, not all apps work that way.

The date isn't inaccurate. Today is, in fact, October 11th. I posted today. The video wasn't filmed or created today. I have not claimed anywhere that this was from today. The date is posted to make it easier to tell when a video was posted because old videos sometimes become popular again.

It's literally the same thing. I'm advertising something that will happen in the future... just like literally anything that advertised for the future. You can't go into the future to get a video of it. This is a concept most grown adults understand.
