We really shouldn't. Like I've been to an allergist years ago and they barely did blood testing. This one is the biggest one in the state and they listened to me and did it all first appointment.

Now I'm waiting to get in with a rheumatologist to see if I've got Sjögrens. 🫠

Got diagnosed with asthma and oral allergy syndrome today.

Was told my chest tightness was just anxiety for years. Didn't matter that my oxygen would go down or I'd be wheezy. Anxiety. 🤦🏻

"Just need to exercise more and calm down" No, I literally couldn't breathe!

BSky is much easier to curate your algorithm compared to other sites. There's going to be some horrible takes or drama sometimes, but no where near like Twitter, Tumblr, or Insta.

I recommend getting a glucose tester, keeping an eye on it, and a food journal. Outside of that drink some water and some electrolytes. I wish you luck with it and hope you find something that works for you for it. It's not talked about enough as a side effect and how bad it feels. 2/2

I feel for you. It's totally the worst. I was medicated for it for a while, and it was so nice, but the meds ended up causing way worse issues. My endo recommended to just limit the foods, but honestly, it could be anything. Only thing I can do is lay down and breathe through it. 1/2

I do! Mine is from my PCOS and insulin resistance due to it. Not diabetic, just reactive hypoglycemia from it.

Heavy carbs, and some random foods trigger it. It also changes with my cycle.
