Still can’t believe Joss Labadie never had a chant to lovely day by Bill Withers
You going to the final Squidge?
I saw him to a lap of Villa Park at half time when he was 99
Feel a bit like when Springboks knocked out France in 23, I’m gutted but glad I got to witness something so incredible
Here he is with the guy who directed Godzilla and Rogue One
Came downstairs as they played that, I never expected Jarvis to look like Klopp

Nice read. Despite following rugby for a long time this is the most I’ve followed a Lions tour. Ican see the argument from both sides. I think it’s an important way to help advertise the game to outsiders, but do wonder if at some point it’ll pass its sell by date, I think 6N & RWC are miles better
Delighted to have linked up again with my friend @footballheritage.bsky.social to discuss the FA Cup. Recorded before the final, you’ll see our hunches served us well…

Stuttgart beating Bielefeld 3-0 at half time:
Good read, I feel similarly about English game and think just 2 or 3 more home games would be a big boost
So happy for Italiano, beautiful moment
You going to the final?
McTominay’s house since he joined Napoli:
They’re special, I have 1 all blacks and 1 Argentina one
You got any Samurai ones? Seen recently they’ve stopped their retro collection
Pleasure to link up with Football Heritage again to cover the life of Austrian Ernst Happel, the most underrated manager in football history:
✍️Words: Finlay Stanley // @afcfinners.bsky.social

Ernst Happel’s way of playing football defined an era.

It wasn’t just about style - it was about philosophy and identity.

He was a man of few words, but many trophies.

Good article, shame they ended up dissolving, you do wonder what might have been
Maybe he’s just saying Gloucester should play FT at full back following Santi’s departure?
