To see an entire classroom start to doodle and scribble zines, form little editorial teams, make plans for publication, it's so obvious that sharing stories is how humans connect, and how we understand the world. It's not frivolous.

In kindergarten we made little story books and they even made hard copies of it for us, it was really fun and as a little kid, confidence boosting. School without any sort of arts really just would be incomplete. I wish I didn't goof around in art classes
