People are so fixated on Pettersson that they missed the entire point of this post. It has to do with the fact that 15 #Canucks had a xGF% below 50% at even strength which is far from ideal.

There has been some debate online about Arshdeep Bains but he is earning his spot in the lineup. According to Natural Stat Trick, through two games, he has played 3:07 on the penalty kill, with the #Canucks giving up just one shot and one high danger chance during his minutes.
