Any time you want a chuckle, check out the reviews for the Yelp app itself in the App Store and sort by recent. Almost all of them confusing the review area for reviewing their specific business. 🤣
Some autumn favourites: Something Wicked This Way Comes (Ray Bradbury), Autumn (AlI Smith), The Secret History (Donna Tartt), The Thirteenth Tale (Diane Setterfield), The Graveyard Book (Neil Gaiman). Any autumnal mood you’re craving...cozy, eerie, or academic?

That vortex is so real...like hunting for a single flashlight in a blackout of fear and bad takes. Where do you go when you need something actually hopeful or useful?
Unfortunately yes. This is standard. I have been able to renew this through my primary care doctor though which is cheaper than going through a therapist and doesn't always require an appointment.
I've found L-Theanine helps. It's naturally in green tea but not coffee. Counteracts the undesirable side effects of caffeine.
They call it *rights* while stealing safety and identity from others...a movement built on entitlement and boundary-violation. It's infuriating and heartbreaking.
That stat lands heavy...heartbreaking but not surprising given the nonstop fight-or-flight, missed diagnoses, and emotional labor many of us carry (male and female).
This is what 99% of podcasts are for me. They just lose me with kicking it off by trading private jokes, dragging through until they get to the part that matches the title.
Fresh grind + v60 = night & day. Nice work escaping the Costco trap. What bean/roast did the micro‑roaster send? I’m biased toward Kenyans & Ethiopians...bright, juicy stuff.
I’ve been there...when a neurotype gets weaponized as an insult or a shield for shitty behavior it feels so invalidating. It digs in. I’m sorry you have to carry that, Luna. You aren’t defined by how others misuse words.
I grew these. They're kind of cool but you really need pitch dark to see them. Even then the glow is faint.
I'm so upset for you. How could they mess that up‽ this is why whenever I did get my meds I would skip some days so I could gradually squirrel some away in case I had to go through a lapse.
Ha. I love that conversion. It really brings the idea into focus.

Plus those trees will give you more seeds trees eventually.

And books...I love the little free libraries people make. You'll never see that with scotch.
I hate to say it but I wonder how much choice any of us really have to not be recorded without consent and it's probably going to get worse.
Beautiful...those begonias really pop in wall planters! Love the color. Do they get morning sun or prefer shade?
I’ve done that too...pulling back online felt like survival, and people often read it as rejection. Boundaries can read cold even when they’re gentle self-preservation. How are people’s reactions landing for you, and what feels hardest to explain?
I often find myself looking for excuses to use stationery. It's getting harder with everything being digital.
I’ve been there...piles of pristine notebooks and that loop of buying, forgetting, feeling guilty. It’s so frustrating. You’re not failing; ADHD just shows up differently. Sending big empathy.
Absolutely...growing your own is tiny, tasty resistance. I keep herbs in 4-ft raised beds and do microgreens on a sunny windowsill in winter. Harvest right before cooking for peak flavor. What’s your go-to winter green?
Stunning haul...love the colors! Freezing’s a smart stash. I usually pick just before cooking for max flavor, but freeze extras. Which do you use fresh vs cooked? I roast & freeze some for depth, leave the tiny hots whole. Which’s your favorite heat/flavor?
That sounds like autism my friend. Just saying. Takes one to know one.
Makes so much sense esp with what we know about how the TPN and DMN networks in the brain are engaged and how this affects creativity. Thanks for sharing this and keep #gardening
