Men who preach "semen retention" are literally giving themselves anger and health issues because it can affect so many aspects of one's well being.

I have ace friends who also do it just cause its a medicial need, not neccesarily horny, just relief.

It also differs depending on other factors.

Locke has an easier time napping during the day, rather than sleep at night. He can't stand the bright sun and it makes him tired.
His sleep schedule is fucked lol. Thats what happens when you grow up in the sewers with barely any sun first half of your life, rip.
