I appreciate the kind words. I usually avoid roles involving active moderation and managing people outside events, and even when asked about making a server for player housing, which I’m enthusiastic about, I don’t see myself as a good fit. But I’ll still manage the forum thread for upcoming events!

Lastly, in a time where we’re chronically online, please, please don’t entirely neglect the physical world out there. If your whole life is online, it may consume you when things get rough. Have another hobby, someone you can to talk face-to-face, people you can meet with.

What I can do, is offer my critique and advice where I see it constructive, and choose the environments I occupy. You might’ve noticed I don’t tend to broadcast my own negative experiences with people, mostly if I feel things deserve clarification on my behalf. >

I’ve seen enough over the years to know there’s usually a dozen sides to a story, and players showing off-putting behavior on both ends of feuds. It’s a heavy burden to try turn every stone for the truth of truths behind all the bias, framing, and half-truths. >

I’ve noticed some people wish me to have a more active role as a call-outer whenever there’s server drama, but that’s not what I’m cut out to be, to be frank. I’ve made it through 20 years in the RP scene only because I distance myself enough from group feuds, gossip, and avoid leadership roles. >

I've a friend who'd return to the game asap if night elf paladins were a thing. May your wish come true one day!

Personally, I think it'd be cool to skin them as more armored priestesses/priests of Elune, inspired by the descriptions in the War of the Ancients novels.

There's been plenty mudslinging between Forsaken groups on the server too, to be fair. For me, these are just storms to weather through - won't be the first, won't be the last 😂

These types of broadcasts don't come across as innocuous jokes to me, when I know there are people who are either stressed or weary about what's going on. Maybe I'm soft and empathetic, after seeing a couple others bring it up on social media just to ridicule others and thrive on unkind gossip.
