Fair enough, I just didn't see that. All I saw were rail tracks, bus station, flyovers, high-rise developments. It all felt very bleak. If I go again I'll have to search out the old part.

I was in a part of London unfamiliar to me yesterday - Stratford. It features the Westfield shopping/commercial centre, the Olympic Park, a massive transport interchange. What struck me most about the bits of it I saw was the absence of any human-scale built environment. @jonnelledge.bsky.social

Serious point - we ban other unrealistic ads, and given the need to reduce congestion in cities I think it's time we banned unrealistic car adverts.
