I completely understand your concern, and I truly respect your point of view.
The impact of AI on artists is something I take seriously as well.
In my case, the original work and materials were created entirely by myself — I only experimented with a small tool in a limited way.

I honestly just wanted to share my work — the book of my yokai dolls — and have people appreciate it for what it is.
It makes me sad that something as small as trying an app could make someone reconsider their support.

Sorry if that rubbed anyone the wrong way! It was just a quick post using an old image — I was just playing around with an app. I’m a CGI artist, and I’m usually not into AI, but I think it’s fine to have a little fun with it sometimes.

The 25 Bakezōri reward figures are finally complete! The acrylic keychains have also arrived — now I’m just waiting for the books and postcards to come back from the printer. Starting next week, I’ll begin packing preparations like wrapping and addressing. Just a little more to go — I’ll do my best!

Recently my Bluesky messages stopped working. I can still make posts and comments, but I can’t open messages—it asks for age verification, and even after resetting, it doesn’t work. Now it’s even asking me to take a face recognition photo. Is this some kind of spam? It’s scary 😱

Hello! My yokai book is almost finalized and I remade the Nuppeppō for book. I tried using a new squishy material for texture, but it didn’t work well with an armature. The flocking powder made it look messy, but luckily I managed to take good photos before coating, so those will go in the book.
