I think it's clear from the reviews that the game was far too ambitious, bug ridden, repetitive and had an incredibly boring story and world setting. Maybe the company should have cut their teeth on some smaller projects first.
Fries have a "holding time" of 7 minutes, if they're not sold in 7 minutes they're meant to be binned. But I guarantee they held longer sometimes. Best to order when its busy and food is getting sold as fast as its cooked.
