It is going to continue becoming increasingly important for you to understand and internalize that nice is different than good.

The sooner you get there, the better for us all.
Tired of trying to build connections with people who are primarily if not entirely interested in building an audience, both online and off
Every outfit that you think matches perfectly will be glaringly mismatched under the lighting of your destination

Mutual aid should be a threat to the state, not a substitute for its “failures.” It is saying “the state does not do this & will not do this because it is built to oppress & exploit.” Mutual aid is a radical act of caring for each other outside of those systems of oppression.
Burgers, malted milk balls, or big fat lies?
The only system needed is users being able to mute, block, and hide posts as we see fit. I haven't needed a babysitter monitoring my comms since I was, like, eight years old thanks, and you're actually making things worse and potentially endangering people by hiding replies without our consent.

Many things are being destroyed & the news of it is a psychological & political onslaught.

So it’s important that you create things.

It can be art, cookies, a community pantry, a garden, a mask bloc. It can be beautiful, practical, silly. Just create & share.

It’ll do your brain & the world good.

I really wish more publications would run opinion pieces/analysis of what's happening with the state of disability education by adults who had IEPs and 504s, not just parents of disabled kids.

Be kind.
Be helpful.
Be generous.
Be wrathful when you need to.
Be the benevolent swamp creature or shambling forest horror with a heart of gold that you wish to see in the world.
Why?? Weight and balance matter, people! 😫
1. What
2. Flattest flatware ever
3. What.
4. The bottle opener is the only acceptable variation on the butterfly knife (which is mysteriously not included in the set?)
5. WHAT.
Quote with your fire art 🔥

(Old pic and I don't have the painting anymore to take a better one 🤷‍♀️)
I need to figure out either why tf I bother trying or how to stop
I mean, I know I've said "gag me with a spoon" plenty of times in my life (child of the 80s and all), but damn if whoever designed this mess didn't take it to heart
Ok, not broken. Those are fucking awful. Whew.
Ah, that explains it. I kind of like them because they're kind of like me 🙃
(I think you've broken me. I actually kind of like these 😬)
My sweet girl was diagnosed with canine cognitive dysfunction (dementia) last week and, while it's a bit of a relief to know why certain things are happening (like this little confused face 😞), she is my everything (not remotely hyperbolic) and I'm having a really rough go of it right now.
Wait, I'm not good at social conventions so I have to ask: Would it be bad form for me to request to be added to that list?
If your seafood is green, you're doing it very wrong 😬
