If you’re curious what yours looks like:

settings > accounts center > ad preferences > manage info > audience-based advertising > click on a list > they uploaded or used a list to reach you

Stumbled onto an area of IG that basically makes it evident that companies that have your email address from other sources (eg: purchases, newsletters) can create advertising lists to target your IG account and it looks like the lists can be utilized by others. “Don’t allow” too many lists upsets IG

I’m not a protein powder person, but in the skincare world, these things happen to sunscreen every few years, so I always am a bit skeptical about claims about a product “failing” consumer test.

That said, there’s a reason I only use tried and true sunscreens

Oof…could they have paid for positive reviews? I’m so skeptical of glowing reviews on social media nowadays.

I went to three separate places for laser hair removal (one for lower legs, one for bikini area, one for face) all different times. I can’t imagine any of them selling 12 sessions upfront
