This limited-edition release is a masterful Single Blended Rum, crafted from both pot and column still distillates and aged for 16 years in a dual maturation of 10 years in ex-Bourbon casks followed by 6 years in ex-Tawny Port casks.

Our exclusive Daftmill gets its full launch tomorrow at 09:00!! 💛🥃

Distilled on the 18th of June 2009, it was aged in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for 15 years before being bottled exclusively for our shop to celebrate our 15th anniversary!

The 10 year old is composed primarily of Bourbon barrel-matured spirit (98%), complemented by a small portion of Sherry casks (2%) to add depth and richness. The spirit itself is a well-balanced mix of unpeated (52%) and peated (48%) whisky.

The Heritage Barley was distilled from 100% unpeated Golden Promise malted barley and matured exclusively in ex-American bourbon barrels.

Our shop exclusive GlenAllachie 20 year old was launched to help celebrate our 15th birthday at the weekend!

Distilled on the 30th of August 2005. It was aged for 20 years, including a finishing period in an Oloroso sherry cask!
