Yep, got scared when we found out about it bc my husband had worked a few 1099 jobs. Thankfully he had made so little from them and it wasn't so far past we only owed ~$50. But I've heard of people finding out late and owing thousands!!

It's really sucks, because most of the people who are surviving/working through this had time to make real connections around the industry as well as 10+ years experience, so the folks who broke in during the bubble (COVID) got little exposure and not enough time to build a body of work.

Gardening is really calming!! I used to be so afraid, worried I'd kill plants, all the mental real estate of remembering when and how to harvest stuff, I felt very paralyzed by it. It's super rewarding though and it's kind of nice to remember if you kill something off you just try again.

No lie I think this movie would have blown up the box office both here and internationally. Absolutely insane it's forced to only go on a streaming platform. I don't really go to theaters these days bc covid but I would have found my ass in a matinee for this one!
