I just wanna say that this drawing does have some references to the law. I am currently working on building for this character and others, including his mother. And the one thing I will say is that in the actual law, there is no arrow, but rather the arrow is symbolism.

Meet Mav. She’s basically the living embodiment of a body of water trapped in a human vessel.
This was my work for the Aquarius prompt for Inktober52

A woman wearing white with a gold waist band, & gold bands on her wrists and ankles, is struggling holding up a carrying yoke with 2 Greek style vases containing water as water spills out of them. She has short light minty sea foam green hair with bangs. Her face is pinched in anguish and struggle and her skin cracks, letting water leak through from within her. The constellation of Aquarius is behind her.
